K9 SARR Teams, Information
In Arizona, independent K9 Search and Rescue/ Recovery (SAR/R) Teams can legally operate without being affiliated with law enforcement.
These teams function as private, non-government entities and may consist of certified handlers and dogs who offer their services on a contract or volunteer basis.
